The Agency shall directly pass on to the Company (by creditation or repayment in Q1 of the following calendar year) all privileges and conditions granted by the Media Supplier, including but not limited to discounts, rebates, repayments, payments in kind, allowances connected to the Company and to its transactions, commissions and super- commissions (i.e. discounts and bonuses linked to the volume the Agency buys from a particular Media Supplier or so-called “AVB’s”.- Agency Volume Bonus), and group discounts connected to a group of clients of the Agency, of which the Agency will return a proportional amount to the Company.
