What does this term mean?
I thin it may be specific. I'm translating some correspondence between industries related to the manufacturing of cars, wheels, sheets of steel and I've found it quite frequently.
Sometimes I've also found: Changing cars instead of Change cars and Work Roll of Changing Systems... And I cannot found the equivalent in Spanish...any idea?
