A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

In this context, it simply means that the text is legible without a magnifying glass or other aid (in case of incompatible colors between text and background, etc.). A person with normal eyesight (or corrected with lenses) can read it. Not such "fine print" that few people want to make the effort to read it.
"Leer a simple vista" would be a less complicated way of saying it.

I think they really mean that it must be able to be read without recourse to electronic means. On paper rather than needing a computer or smart phone and without yhe need for the internet and the cloud, a data stick or CD, etc.
