English term
Committee Green Sheet
English to Spanish
Law/Patents
Government / Politics
Consumer and Worker Protection..
I would like to know the best translation of this phrase from American English into Latin American Spanish.
Colleagues from Spain, feel free to send me your suggestions as well.
It's a translation about a committee on consumer and worker protection. This is for Latin People living in The United States and Americans readers. Is okay to translate it as hoja verde or formulario verde del comité?
Context:
New York City Council.
Committee Green Sheet
The New York City Council City Hall
Committee on Consumer and Worker protection.

: Hola Abe(L).

"A greensheet must only contain information that would appear in the issue's prospectus. Greensheets are not intended for public distribution, and are meant for the sole use of the underwriting firm's representatives."

Saludos a Venezuela.

The reasons for incorporation were printed on light green paper (thus, referred to as the Green Sheets) and distributed to residents in the fall.
