Required Disclosure.
The Organization, the Contractor, and any other party that is contacted by a United States government entity demanding Confidential Information will communicate such demand to the owner of Confidential Information, and owner will disclose such information to the government entity having jurisdictional and lawful authority to demand it, unless the government entity has authority to demand disclosure from the original party to its demand
Desde mi perspectiva la parte final de este párrafo es muy ambigua ya que dice:
..."has authority to demand disclosure from the original party to its demand."
IMHO, "to its demand" es redundante y el "original part" supongo que debe estarse refiriendo a la "primera parte" a la que le solicitaron la información.
