derechohabientes, causahabientes y cesionarios

In the first web ref: 'no confundir assigns con assignees' - o sea, 'persons claiming by, through or under another party'.

I like Emiliano's causahabiente idea for that middle and not the end-term.

I also think successors are not probate inheritors but successors to a contract or business.
