Context: It is a documentary about blacks. The speaker says the above sentence and the rest of the sentence is inaudible. Then, another speakers starts a new sentence. There are no other occurrences of this. I don't have more info about this. Thanks.

Explanation:
Nadja is correct. In addition, the term has since broadened to stand for “authentic,” “honestly,” “no lie.” I think this may be the sense used here.
