safely attach material to moving vehicles. what it says Explanation: Material is a catch-all term here meaning anything that is likely to be carried by a vehicle. It could be building supplies, garbage, nuclear waste, the foreman's lunch or whatever. But whatever it is, it should be carefully attached so that it doesn't fall off and hurt somebody! Moving vehicles really means "vehicles that are going to move" - you don't attach stuff to a vehicle that is already moving, you attach it and then the vehicle moves. |
