Flemish to English Law/Patents Law (general) kort geding
Wij XXX (naam rechter) in de rechtbank van koophandel, de voorzitter, ondervoorzitter en oudere rechters wettelijk belet vervangend, zetelend in kort geding, bijgestaan door de griffier.

Ik neem aan dat "oudere rechters" hier vertaald kan worden als "senior judges", maar als iemand daar ook een betere oplossing voor heeft, hoor ik dat graag!

I believe what they are saying is that the other (and more senior)judges as mentioned are engaged and that these lower ranking judge(s) lawfully substitute them - you'll have to swing your sentence around in English for that to be incorporated though....as lawfully deputising for the ........whom are engaged..something along those lines.

I tend to agree with Debbie. The absence of the judge et al is legally excused (not a snazzy way of putting it, thoug!)
