Les actes accomplis

French to English Law/Patents Business/Commerce (general) Articles of association
Hello all,
This comes from an Articles of Assocation. Not sure whether actes here means actions or legal documents. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Les associés approuvent les actes accomplis avant ce jour pour le compte de la société EN formation, lesquels sont relatés dans un état ci-annexé.

French term (edited): approuvent les actes accomplis

ratify such dealings as have been carried out

'dealings' could include measures, actions or legal instruments including land- registrable acts, though I'm unsure dealings would be understood as entirely innocent Transatlantically in the USA and Canada.

In the UK, the power to ratify is generally confined to pre-formation and *pre-incorporation contracts*.

Question closed, but my answer stands.
Example sentence:

A pre-Incorporation contract is a contract that is entered into by a person who ... not incorporated, or if incorporated but refuses to adopt and ratify the agreement.

Different wording to Adrian.

I would go straight down the line on this, very literal.

agree TechLawDC : The actions carried out.
