"Plancher sensible" COULD be "tactile floor"; an example of such is the raised dots used on metro platform edges or on pavements at traffic lights so that people - especially the blind - are aware they are near the edge.

Thanks for your interest, but as it is just an item in a list, there is nothing else that I can give you. I would just repeat, as in my previous question, that the contract is for a car paint workshop. There could well be words missing or typographical errors (I too had noted the plural noun and singular adjective), but the text is definitely mechanical and not about wages and benefits
