ph-b (X) Mar 10, 2020:
Directive Travail de Bachelor en Droit économique S'il s'agit bien de la Suisse, voir : https://www.he-arc.ch/sites/www.he-arc.ch/files/GES/Bachelor...
Florence Kermet (X) Mar 10, 2020:
TB is definitely Travail de Bachelor = BA in English.
Soutenance is either Defence (UK) or Defense (US).
Voie différée refers either to the deferred defense, or to the deferred access to the thesis (see my answer above). It would be advisable to ask the client some clarifications or to offer an annotation with the two translations.

Is this from Switzerland? If so, TB = travail de Bachelor: https://www.he-arc.ch/sites/www.he-arc.ch/files/GES/Bachelor...

As for voie différée, it may be understood as being allowed extra time to complete one's diploma ("deferred option"?)

Bachelor's thesis defence (in different course)

Peer comment(s):

neutral philgoddard : Différée means deferred. I'm not sure what voie is.

Thanks for pointing that out. I was thinking "different" as opposed to "regular" courses.

Deferred defense of BA thesis / Defense of BA thesis with deferred access

You will need to ask what they mean exactly here, even if in both cases "différée" is translated by "deferred" in English:

-If they mean "deferred defense"/"soutenance différée" (just like when you defer the start of your studies by a year after being accepted into the course, here you defer the defense), the translation is "Deferred defense of BA thesis".

-If they mean " a deferred access to the thesis"/"une diffusion différée de la thèse" (the thesis will only become available to the public after a certain lapse of time), the translation will be "Defense of BA thesis with deferred access".
