Well, those would be 2 of the usual translations; I think the first occasion it occurs in your context, either of these would do; it's a little harder to see how it's being used on the second occasion, since 'locaux' is hardly somewhere you could be said to be "in line with".

But I hope that basic explanation of the underlying meaning will enable you to come up with something that will work within your overall context.

adjacent to

I understand 'au droit de' to mean 'at right angles/perpendicular to', but it seems to be used much more widely, as the other suggestions show. I wanted to give you this alternative suggestion, which has worked for me in the past.

disagree Tony M : Although that can very well be a good translation in certain specific contexts, one should beware of introducing the idea of 'over / above', which may well not always be appropriate (as here?)
