Often used for all sorts of things — though hard to tell without even knowing the overall context in which this is found!

As RK has said, the 'déroulé' refers to the 'plan de l'ensemble', and while we more usually talk of an 'éclaté' (= exploded view), I can see how for some things it might be said to be 'opened out' or 'unfurled' in a slightly different fashion.
Either way, only having sight of this drwg is like to shed light on just what sort of 'car' it is.

"Déroulé" doesn't mean "unwinder" - it's a description of the plan, though I can't quite work out what it means.
Surely some of the parts are labeled so you can tell what kind of machine it is? And have you Googled "ABC 1200"?
