Text about train maintenance, section dealing with access to various things, string of bullet points. Term doesn't appear elsewhere in the text. The full bullet point is:

Which I'm thinking is "access to the air, xxxx, water and oil supply" (first pass).
(Which, incidentally, is to take place from the outside, along the sides of the rolling stock, as against, presumably, needing to crawl underneath the train, for example. Just to put you fully in the picture)
I'm wondering whether the comma after traitement should be there, but the document seems of a pretty high standard as far as that goes, and besides, it would seem a bit odd, even if it did then make (some) sense.
So I'm thinking that an "alimentation de traitement" is just something I've not come across before and can't find anywhere, so I throw myself upon your collective mercy!

Charlie, I can't find confirmation of this, so it's probably best to check with your customer, but apparently the only logical answer is a fuel treatment (conditioner) intake.
The other intakes would appear to be to do with the drive mechanism of a diesel engine (air for the braking system, oil for the engine and clutch, and water for the cooling system). The only missing element is fuel - diesel - and whilst I gather the fuel tank is probably filled from the other side of the train, it is possible that an intake is provided on this side for a diesel additive / treatment product.
This additive or conditioner is used to reduce pollution/fumes, prevent sludge from forming in the engine and improve fuel consumption levels.

I would suppose this refers to the power supply for the A/C system, as opposed to actual air, oil, and water supplies.

Discussion
Toilets are referred to once, in terms of the way they are to be cleaned which is by being hosed down. I take it this probably really refers to the cabin it's in, not the bowl itself, altho the text is vague on the point and so is my translation! (maybe it's both?)
