Mais il y a d’autres routes encore.
I don't really understand what is meant in those two sentences with "l'autre". Please help!

: Yes, I prefer this because there is a rep of "autre" in the next line (autres routes encore) which maybe should be kept given the resonances of this term in French intellectual speak.
