French to English Other Law: Contract(s) Contract for call for tenders

Hi, this is taken from a contract setting the terms applying to calls for tenders. This term is taken from an article on the capacity of the contractor and the full sentence is the following:

"Il déclare ne pas tomber sous toute interdiction en application d'une disposition législative ou réglementaire ou du jugement d'un tribunal telle que, à titre d’exemple, celle découlant de l'article 50 de la loi n° 52-401 du 14 avril 1952 modifiée ou encore celle d'obtenir des commandes publiques."

I'm unsure as to the meaning of this part of the phrase, and also whether it is used as an example or is another item in the list of specific items declared by the contractor.
