French term

avenant d'expatriation

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
The term means an amendment made to an existing employment contract when an employee is to be posted abroad in the longterm. Something like 'expatriation amendment' would explain it well enough, but perhaps there is a set legal phrase in English...
Thanks if anyone knows of this.
