this comes from a doc outlining procedures for bids for the printing of training kits for engineering instructors. The following passage comes from a list of items required to be produced by bidders:
Une attestation ou sa copie certifiée conforme délivrée depuis moins d’un an par la caisse nationale de
la sécurité sociale certifiant que le concurrent est en situation régulière envers cet organisme
conformément aux dispositions de l’article 22 du décret 2.06.388 précité
