French term

assis, recouvré et acquitté

French to English Law/Patents Law: Taxation & Customs
La Loi ne propose pas expressément une méthode pour éviter les doubles impositions de la fortune. Toutefois, l'Impôt Français sur la fortune est** assis, recouvré et acquitté** sur les bases déclarées selon les mêmes règles que les droits de mutation par décès. Aussi, le Ministre du Budget se rapporte à l'article 784.A du C.G.I. prévoyant l'imputation pour les biens ayant déjà
acquitté des droits de mutation à l'étranger.

Debating between: "posted, assessed and paid", "calculated, collected and paid."
However, I noticed these exact words are often found together, I wonder if there is a specific term/phrase for this translation into English?

I like your own plain suggestion of "calculated, collected and paid": "recovered" always sounds to me like they're trying to get something back thet they paid to you in the first place!
