"La proportion de hauteur de ce panneau 1/6 chez xxx est différente a notre conception plus sur 1/3."

There is a picture that shows the 1/6 panel (narrow) and another that shows the 1/3 panel, the latter much wider. I'm not sure what the "plus" means here. I'm thinking "The 1/6 height proportion of this panel from xxx is different from our design by more than 1/3." But not sure if the height of the first panel is just 1/6 and the second is just 1/3, in which case I would translate it as "The 1/6 height proportion of this panel from xxx differs from our 1/3 design."
