I am translating a document concerning ultrasound results and I am not sure how to translate the following phrase, "DE FACE EN ROTATION" which forms part of the heading at the top of the report.
Here is the context (the heading is in caps):
EPAULE GAUCHE DE FACE EN ROTATION-INDIFFERENTE DE RAILHAC
ROTATION EXTERNE INTERNE-PROFIL DE COIFFE
Indication:
Douleurs de l’épaule, gauche. Antécédent de prothèse de la tête humérale posée il y a 7 mois.
