This is from the technical specifications for a rail bogie, specifically the section involving effects of engine torque on the axles. The section heading is "Couple équivalent en parcours simulés au niveau du moteurLa vérification des organes ponts, roulements et dentures s’effectuent en partant du couple" (which I translate as "Equivalent torque in simulated paths on the the engine level"). I'm not experienced in this field, so I don't know exactly what is meant by "parcours", but in particular, how should "fichier parcours" be translated here? I can't find any other meaning for "fichier" than "(data) file" or "index" (as in a library), but I don't see how that makes any sense here.
