Yes, orla, somehow ... ... the company's products/services, which constitute the actual "contents" of the site, got mixed in. It's sloppy writing combined with an effort by over-zealous lawyers to include every possible thing under the sun, as is custumary in these terms and conditions.

And at any rate, as I said to me there is zero possibility of this referring to anything else. It doesn't make too much sense but what can you do.

If the context is Immobilien I would also maybe ask about Ein/Ausrichtung - could also refer to the interior/exterior of the property! But hard to be sure the way its phrased.
