est-il fait référence à de la prestation de service ? ... dans ce cas les personnes sont sous la responsabilité des partenaires tant d'un point de vue professionnel qu'organisationnel .... dans certains cas .... et donc "fachlich" conserve la notion de professionnellement, d'un point de vue professionnel qui dans un tel contexte s'entend comme d'un point de vue métier ...
