sto traducendo atto notarile per costituzione di una holding.

verso la fine dell'atto compare questo titolo. Si tratta di una procura.

Non credo però si tratti di una semplice procura in quanto avrei trivato il termine di "Vollmacht"-

In questo atto il termine da tradurre è "Vollzugsvollmacht" e non rieso a trovare il traducente italiano.
Non credo si tratti di una procura speciale.
