Rajnibhai.. Explanation: Actually these are all Gujarati terms.. The whole sentence Kem chho?Saaru Chho? Teme samjho chho? means : how are you? Are you (doing) well? Do you understand? Gujaratis address others are bhai(meaning brother:for males) or ben (meanign sister ; forfemales) So the Guy he's talking to is Rajni.. and the Gujarati dude calls this guy Rajnibhai.
