Az elírásra nincs egyértelmű angol kifejezés, mert magyarban az vonatkozhat név elírására is (misspelling), de számadatok elírására is, ami már nem misspelling, hanem transposing numbers, vagy egy vagy több szó kihagyására is, ami angolul omission. Ezért legjobb a document inaccuracy vagy document error használata. Én így fordítanám: After manifesting the document error ex officio, the court by virtue of section xxx of the Civil Court Procedure has issued the amended decree/judgment.
