Preso dal regolamento di un concorso di cucina:

In seguito si parla di un premio per il miglior Servizio al trancio, quindi immagino si tratti della capacità di tagliare la carne e servirla nel piatto...

: I like this formulation, even if in the US this hints mostly at Thanksgiving turkey in my mind. Part of the problem is that this sort of servizio barely exists anymore, at least in the US.
