Italian to English Medical Law (general) Autopsy report

Translating a report on an autopsy. After it says there's no reason to involve the polizia mortuaria, a checkbox marks that the body can be released "con esclusione di" and then there's a part made illegible by a stamp, and then "reato." I think the sense is something like "unless it's involved in a criminal investigation," but I can't make out the words; it looks something like "calerta covatte e reato," but as far as I can see that makes no sense?
