Braided Hose or Stainless Mesh Hose (with Rubber Lining)
A flexible hose with metallic fabric covering it for increased strength and durability, often used for hydraulic systems (for press machines, injection molding machines, die cast machines, etc.). On the factory floor, I've often heard it referred to as simply "braided hose".
