Acceptance of DV suffering and Rejection of DV suffering Explanation: This is what I would choose to write, but I do not know how others in the field might express normally. |

Acknowledging and denying (the harms of) domestic violence Explanation: According to a legal dictionary I checked, 'denial' is considered to be antonymous of 'acknowledgement'. 'Acknowledgement,' in turn, is interpreted as 'to recognise as genuine' in various capacities. So I believe the diction I've proposed appropriately conveys the source term's meaning. Since I don't know whether your phrase is a title or a clause in a larger sentence, I opted to just use the gerunds of the verbs. You should potentially take caution, since I'm unsure as to how leniently legal language treats parallelism like in my proposed translation. But, since DV被害 wouldn't typically bear repeating in English and the structure isn't ambiguous in the clause's meaning, I think this translation should still be suitable. Also, depending on the specificity of the overall passage, I've put 'the harms of' in parentheses since it could potentially be omitted given that 'domestic violence' inherently conveys its associated harms as well. I hope this helps! https://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/acknowledgment https://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/deny |
