hoisting clearnace

From the sentence given, I think [代] here means clearance. So sentence may be [Considering the hoisting clearance, maintain.... ].
Peer comment(s):

agree TCN6YR : 代 is read as "shiro". The meaning of the character is "あることのために必要な部分" according to the goo dictionary at http://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/leaf/jn/97793/m0u/しろ/

Lift costs

I think in this case, the last Kanji 代 (dai) means price, cost, fee, so I think is not clearance but "lift costs" or "lift prices". The translation could be the follow one:

"We will ensure the costs for pull out the machine after we examine the lift costs".

Anyway, if you could teach the context of the sentence maybe I can answer you better.

I hope this helps.

Regards!

Lifting / hoisting charges

Here 代 is used in the sense of expense/charge...as in 食事代

吊り上げる
つりあげる

1 〈ものをつって上げる〉 pull up
クレーンで船荷をつり上げた. They hoisted the cargo with a crane.

Lifting / hoisting expenses should also work fine.
Peer comment(s):

agree ananmail : Absolutely! The rates of the Lifting or hoisting is surely the answer!
