Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Nuclear Eng/Sci 福島第一原発
福島第一原発1号機と3号機が爆発に至るまでの説明の中の一文です。

ベントが行われたが、格納容器内に充満していた水素、可燃性ガス、粉塵が排気ルートである原子炉建屋内3階のフィルター集中し、粉塵で目詰まりを起こす。

格納容器 and 粉塵 1) It may be better to translate 格納容器 as "primary containment vessel". If the translation is intended for professionals in nuclear engineering, you can simply use the abbreviation "PCV".
2) I would prefer to translate 粉塵 as "radioactive dust". Although the sentence does not expressly state that that 粉塵 is radioactive, it is implied.

ここで言う粉塵とは次のリンクで説明されている airborne particulate matter のことです。一般的には particules と表現すれば十分だと思います。

補足的情報ですが、原子炉のcontainment ventilation system にはこの粉塵が大気に放出するのを防ぐ high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter が装備されていると言われています。
