Charles University in Prague
This appears to be a combined Czech and Latin term. I'm hoping an answerer familiar with the Charles University in Prague might however know what it means. (I am also submitting it to Czech answerers.) It is on a diploma that reads "Nos rector universitatis et decanus facultatis medicae Greczreginensis [etc.]"
