@Sampat With respect, anleggsfordringer would only be translated into anläggningstillgångar in error; and yes, anläggningstillgångar and anlægsaktiver do mean fixed assets, but they are completely different terms to anleggsfordringer!! This question is about fordringer, or receivables, which is money owing. Fixed assets also includes things like machinery, goodwill and shares.

Has nothing to do with anlegg as plant but like anleggsaksjer means long-term (held as fixed assets). You can tell from the context what it means here anyway: other receivables, both current and non-current, are recognised...

Jeffrey Engberg I have tried a number of sources. I have also looked into other Scandinavian terms. Anleggsfordringer is translated into anläggningstillgång in Swedish, which means 'fixed assets (capital). The Danish translation 'anlægsaktiver' means, once again, 'fixed assets'. I would like to stick to my initial answer.

langsiktige fordringer I am assuming non-current receivables is equivalent with long-term receivables, (langsiktig), neither of which is an "anlegg"? anlegg implies assets (fixed or non-current) anleggsmidler, Anleggskapital...
