Hi, I'm looking for an English equivalent for tidsmessig in the context below which appears in a residential lease agreement. A direct translation of "timely" or "contemporary" makes little sense. Thanks for your help!

- not weird for those of us who have worked in conveyancing including landlord and tenant practic/se and have drafted leases.

PS in the UK a schedule of dilapidations is drawn up at the end of a tenancy showing how the premises might have 'aged' and/or been damaged.

Example sentence(s):
  • IATE: DAN/ENG optiske egenskabers tidsmæssige bestandighed stability of the optical properties with ageing
  • Tenantable repairs means such repairs which shall keep the building in the same condition in which it was let out except for ... 'normal wear and tear'
