THICK CUT GRILLED FILET MIGNON


Explanation:
Or Thick cut of grilled filet mignon (possibly a Grilled thick filet mignon steak)

I think the corte alto is more about the thickness of the steak, than the part of the cut of meat.. it is a thick steak... (maybe 1.5 inches thick or more)

In other recipes for cooking steaks:
e.g "A carne porteña grelhada deve ter um corte alto, com espessura aproximada de 1 dedo e meio"
