Explanation:
обычно при безналичной оплате в чеке есть куча деталей карты - тип карты, RRN, ID транзакции и прочее. Когда все это есть, "безналичными" английскому человеку добавлять не надо - и так понятно, что операция совершена по карте.

Но если Вы хотите использовать именно этот термин, тогда напишите card: и сумму

It depends on where you use it.
If it is interbank transactions, it goes without saying that clearing makes sense here.
If not, it might by by a cheque or in general it is non-cash, I would say.
I don't think "by card" would be an ideal fit here I believe.
