Да, судя по определению, скульптура, как и sculpture, включает пластику.
Скульптура (лат. sculptura, от sculpo - высекаю, вырезаю), ваяние, пластика (греч. plastika, от plasso - леплю), вид изобразительного искусства, основан на принципе объёмного, физически трехмерного изображения.
