В моем понимании,LTD(lim.resp.co.)isn't a public company (that's why it's an LTD in the 1st place).Hence it cannot issue stock.Hence it cannot be joint-stock.If you have stock you're Inc–not LTD;you're public and your responsibility is UNlimited.Ошибаюсь?

agree The Misha : The original terms sucks, if you pardon my French. It would be more correct to call it a "joint venture in the form of an LLC", but you came the closest anyway. I take my hat off.

neutral The Misha : In Western business terminology "mutual" is almost an antonym to "corporate" and is usually reserved for credit unions and insurance companies. It is not easily transferable to other types of businesses.
