Portland cement type 500 without additives

I don't think you will find a direct equivalent, this is a Russian product and is probably known as such in the industry. I'm not really sure what your problem was - the abbreviaitons are simple enough - ПЦ is portland cement and D0 means no additives (if you look at other types, there is D-5 with 5% additoves, D-20 with 20%, etc.)
