Если это совсем неформальная беседа, где допустимы жаргонизмы и бранные слова, то в этом контексте, где один из собеседников выражает свое негативное отношение, я бы вообще употребила 'they suck'. Конечно, если степень неформальности допускает.

: "That's it!" is usually used to mean "Yes, I've got it!" which doesn't work in this context at all.
