Holy Confessor, Confessor-Abbess
Исповедник must be confessor, I should think, but I have not been able to find any adjective equivalent to чрезвычайный. But most confessors at monasteries are just called Confessor, and these are the only two I have found with any qualifying words, so could it be one of these?
