Serbian term (edited): prijava potraživanja

"A proof of claim is a form used by the creditor to
indicate the amount of the debt owed by the debtor
on the date of the bankruptcy filing. The creditor
must file the form with the clerk of the same
bankruptcy court in which the bankruptcy case was
filed."

"A proof of claim is a form submitted by a creditor in order to receive money from a debtor who has filed for bankruptcy. The document provides notice of the claim to all of the other relevant parties involved in the bankruptcy, including the court, the debtor, and any other creditors."

ZAKON O STEČAJU
- Skupštinu poverilaca čine svi stečajni poverioci, nezavisno od toga da li su do dana održavanja skupštine podneli prijavu potraživanja.
- Pravo glasa u smislu stava 1. ovog člana imaju svi razlučni poverioci, nezavisno od toga da li su do dana održavanja skupštine poverilaca podneli prijavu potraživanja.
- Založni poverioci su dužni da u roku za podnošenje prijave potraživanja obaveste sud o založnom pravu, uz dostavljanje dokaza o postojanju založnog prava i izjave o iznosu novčanog potraživanja prema trećem licu koje je tim pravom obezbeđeno na dan otvaranja stečajnog postupka, čime stiču svojstvo stranke.
- Poverioci stiču svojstvo stranke podnošenjem prijave potraživanja u skladu sa ovim zakonom.
- Poverioci na osnovu svojih potraživanja mogu da učestvuju u stečajnom postupku i pre podnošenja prijave potraživanja sudu, na način i u obimu propisanim ovim zakonom.

THE LAW ON BANKRUPTCY
- The creditors' assembly shall consist of all bankruptcy creditors, regardless of whether or not they have filed their claims by the date the assembly meeting takes place.
- The right to vote within the meaning of paragraph 1 of this Article is held by all secured creditors, irrespective of whether they filed a receivable claim by the day when the creditors' assembly is held.
- Lien creditors are bound to inform the court about the lien right within the deadline for submitting claims, along with the submission of evidence of the existence of lien right and a statement of the amount of monetary claim against a third party that is secured by this right on the day of opening of the bankruptcy proceedings, whereby they acquire the status of the party.

Asker: Problem je što u istom tekstu imam tužbu privrednom sudu, tužbeni zahtev (claim), potraživanje (claim) i prijavu potraživanja

NS: Sigurno ne postoji baš specifičan termin za svaku vrstu „prijave“ na srpskom, kao ni za svaku vrstu „claim“ na engleskom. Mislim da su to termini sa veoma uopštenim značenjem u oba jezika, ali čije konkretno značenje može da definiše kontekst. Ne znam kako su ti drugi slučajevi formulisani jer, naravno, nemam širi kontekst, ali pretpostavljam da je moguće da se kontekstom (tj. konstrukcijom rečenice) napravi razlika između različitih upotreba tog termina na engleskom.
