A frend of mine got one installed. It's great, a really powerful jet of water (although not quite enough to disperse a rioting mob). And if nothing else, it sounds good.

A water cannon is a device that shoots a high-velocity stream of water... (see 2nd link below). They are used in firefighting, large vehicle washing and riot control.
I wouldn't use it for the query context unless there was a riot going on in the spa shower area...
