Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / savings bank statement
Spanish term or phrase: Depósito Apertura Cheques A Inversión Vista
I'm translating this bank statement showing transactions of financial account called "Dinero Creciente" at Santender in Mexico (https://www.santander.com.mx/personas/santander-digital/dine... From what I understand it's a premier savings account. These two items appear under transactions:

- LIQUIDACIÓN INVERSIÓN CRECIENTE INVERSIÓN VISTA A CHEQUES
- DEPOSITO APERTURA INVERSIÓN CRECIENTE CHEQUES A INVERSIÓN VISTA

"Deposit Apertura" seems to be referring to the deposit to open a new account. "Cheques A Inversión Vista" makes it seem like moving from Checking to Demand Deposits (?). As mentioned in other question, Inversión Creciente appears as like another account within Santender or another institution. This whole item appears under Withdrawals (rather than Deposit). I fail to see the connection.

Deposit to open interest bearing savings account

Explanation:
There seem to be two separate accounts, one of which is debited with the funds to open the interest bearing account.

Deposit Arrangement for a Current ISA - Investment Savings - US: Checking UK: Cheque Account

Explanation:
Apertura can also mean a banking arrangement

Example sentence(s):
  • A current account, also called a *demand deposit account*, is a basic checking account. Consumers deposit money and the deposited money can be withdrawn as the account holder desires on demand.

opening balance with deposits

Explanation:
I think Seth's understanding of the account positions is correct. The first line mentions liquidation which probably corresponds with withdrawals from the account, making an increasing negative value. The second line has an opening deposit with other investments to follow, which make an increasing positive value. The investments are seen.
