Spanish term

Cap. Ing. Forestal - Col. Ingenieros

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Forestry / Wood / Timber Peruvian Timber Industry
This abbreviation features in an Executive Summary on the Timber Industry in Peru. It appears specifically in the key to a diagram concerning the stakeholders in the Peruvian timber industry. The diagram shows a four quadrant matrix of their influence on/interest in timber trade regulation/promotion.

I know that 'Col. Ingenieros' translates as 'College of Engineers'.

However, I am not sure what the 'Cap. Ing.' means before 'Forestal' (which I know translates as 'Forestry' or 'Forest'). Does anyone have any suggestions?
