escritura subsanatoria

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Term appears in a notarial document about articles of incorporation. The problem is "subsanatoria", can't find it anywhere.

neutral Adrian MM. (X) : An 'alteration' of the articles is by the company and no deed/escritura is needed: normally only a minute/protocol of the co. resolution. Subsanatoria suggests the Articles on being transcribed contain a typo or mistaken figs and need to be 'remedied'.

It depends on the context. But, in general I would say "rectification".
Subsanar: to rectify. Bilingual Legal Dictionary, Mazzucco-Maranghello.
