I'm editing a document that already has the Table of Contents done, where this term "document de registro" is translated as "Registration statement".
I would simply translate it as "registration document".
Here's more context:
Identificación de las personas responsables
[_], en nombre y representación de la Sociedad, con domicilio social en calle XXXXX 17, Parque Empresarial Vía Norte, Edificio x, Madrid, código postal xxxxx, y N.I.F. : This could be valid for Europe. My point is that it is not correct for US English which the client has already indicated. Your first two links have nothing to do with this subject matter, i.e. securities filings.
